Carina was super sweet offering us warm conchas on our way home back to San Antonio. These are literally THE BEST CONCHAS I've ever had in my life and I've been eating them all my life. Worth the stop and any time we come back to Edinburgh we will stop in and say hi. Thanks for such a good addition to my morning routine♥️♥️
Flakiest bread I've ever had. It's delicious but kinda pricey. I personally think it's worth it. If I call ahead they make me a certain bread without glaze for my mom. Very accommodating
The new management at Paris Bakery is wonderful! The bread is always fresh, soft, and super tasty. 🍰The prices make sense because the quality is definitely worth it. 😋The new staff is really sweet and make you feel welcome right away. I even saw the new owner helping an elderly lady pick out her sweet bread and walking her to her car 🥹 — that kind of kindness is hard to find these days! There’s also a nice little spot to sit, have some coffee, and enjoy your pan dulce. Love coming here!
I drive from McAllen to Edinburg to get conchas from Paris bakery on 107… the older lady on Sunday mornings is the best and sweetest… she always has fresh conchas…she takes pride in her job…. this is why i don’t mind driving to Edinburg. I hope this place does not close … as where other locations have . I don’t mind paying for fresh conchas..:)
